FHA loans - Permanent Resident Alien

I put in an FHA loan signing last week. The borrower and co-borrower had good credit, debit, low income, two years work history, etc. The subscriber has the FHA loan with conditions. Most of the letters were the terms of the Declaration and the title work, nothing special. I picked up the conditions and put them back in the underwriting to credit has declined only!

This is what happens while I conditionsthe insurer 4506T. The IRS tax return transcripts, and demonstrate that the co-borrower filed their taxes, with two different Social Security numbers over the past two years.

Even if the borrower is a cooperative of residents with a permanent legal documentation used two different Social Security numbers file their taxes in previous years. I never thought to ask how he filed his taxes in previous years and therefore was not aware that he used tax file number Itinbe submitted before a permanent residence permit.

So, here's what I learned from all this. First, if one of your debtor is a permanent resident aliens with legal documentation, would be for sure when it comes to taxes, including payroll and W2 presented with the same Social Security number over the past two years.

Good news is that he was able borrowers to take these special credits and sends the loan to underwriting for approval. Ah yes, the DTI was verybut co-borrower paychecks subscription to compile a letter of explanation that the lack of credit and 2-year history of the work program. We have an exemption from insurance to the DTI. Happy ending after all!
